Revised City of Hamilton Code of Conduct - updtaed to BIA website
COVID Vaccination Records for all Board Directors to be on file with the BIA/City
Next BIA meeting: BIA Action Plan workshop lead by Page by Page Consulting (Patty Hayes)
Election year for BIA Board of Management. In coming month we will need to establish a Nominating Committee (minimum 45 days prior to election/AGM). Encourage all BIA members to think about joining our Board for next term 2022-2026.

New mural at 581 Concession: The Parlour mural by Clear Eyes Collective
Proposal to add plaques at each mural site with QR code so public can be directed to BIA Mural page - with more detailed information on each mural/mural artist

Digital Marketing Campaign to start in June 2022 with Google search words added to campaign
Billboard signage: 638 Concession to be completed end of May 2022 - shift to Digital Billboard by Limeridge Mall June 2022

- Thanks to City whho will match Shared Parking Revenue to 2020/2021 to offset any losses in revenue to BIA because of COVID restricitons in early 2022
- CCH Grants: Concession pre-approval for full funding appliction for Streetfest $8000 and Sidewalk Sounds $4000
- Dollarama update: construction delays has pushed back their opening date to early July 2022
- Congratulations to The Parlour who was showcased on CHCH Morning Live on Mon May 16th (video uploaded to our Video Library)
- Towhall Socail Eatery at 581 Concession on target to open summer 2022
