CORN FEST – NEW PARTNER: Canadian Caribbean Restaurant

• 700 pieces of corn consumed, 600 toys given away at the Fun Zone, 200 Sheets of coloring paper utilized, 100 pieces of pumpkin gourd decorated and taken home; 2 trips for Mountain Kidz Klub to transport donations + 1 wasp sting

• THANKSGIVING PROPOSAL: Requesting budget approval of $3,000 to co-sponsor a Free Thanksgiving dinner to take place at St. Stephens Church

 

• HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE/HAMILTON DAY: October 31 – 4pm – 6pm

BIA FUNDS ALLOCATED $1,000 + $1,500 grant from Chamber of Commerce
