• Christmas Decorating Proposals

New Christmas Themed wraps around all planter boxes; Empty Planter Boxes will be decorated with Christmas Wreaths/Christmas Theme; Garlands, wreaths, hollys and colorful ornaments
 

• 2025 Planters, Maintenance/hanging basket came through at $17,155.02 – this includes watering
• 2026 Planters: Orders/Wish List submitted to the City for planter boxes

Foregoing the hanging baskets (looking for cost reduction)

• HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE/HAMILTON DAY: Cost: $1,700 - 120 Participants
• October 31 – 4pm – 6pm

BIA FUNDS ALLOCATED $1,000 + $1,500 grant from Chamber of Commerce
 

• UPCOMING: FREE BREAKFAST WITH SANTA 120 attendees pre-paid @ $2,200.00
• BIA FUNDS ALLOCATED $1,500 + $1400 Christmas Grant from Economic Development
• Breakfast with Santa: Saturday, Dec 6th (9am & 10am seating)
