ADMIN ASSISTANT – Quit (after 2 weeks)
Still seeking an admin assistant in the next few weeks
 
 PLANTER BOX - Update

• Pollinators will be ordered, Green Venture will assist in planting
• Annuals will be planted week of May 26th

 
EVENT RECAP: EASTER PARADE: April 19 – 11am

• Store to Store Candy give-away – over 300 attendees
• Easter Bunny – Terry Rhodes
• Parade Marshalls were assisting in ensuring safety standards
• CHCH TV was present

• Private Sponsorships received:  $2250
• 50 outside vendors
• 20 Community partners
• 12 BIA members coming in from outside the closure
