EVENTS COMMITTEE:
- Currently working on finalizing Stree􀁿est income/expense; awaiting some invoices to come in

ADMIN ASSISTANT – hired an assistant to assist with KPMG annual audit
Assistant will be hired on an “as needs basis” through the year

PLANTER BOX - Update
- Pollinators ordered, Green Venture will assist in plan􀦞ng – June 18
- Annuals have been planted (baskets & planter box)

 Sidewalk Sounds – over 300 a􀂂endees; 40 pop-up vendors through the 3 hour event
o CHCH TV was present
 Stree􀁿est – surpassed 2024 a􀂂endance (based on toilet usage, garbage generated)
o 50 volunteers were assis􀦞ng
o Monique Taylor Apprecia􀦞on cake served 150 a􀂂endees
o Rosies’ Burgers opening during Stree􀁿est was a success
o Social Media promo􀦞on captured the essence of “Stree􀁿est”
