H. Financial Report: Tosin Ikotun – motion to move up Financial Report due to time constraints by Treasurer: Eva M: motion to move up schedule, 2nd Tosin I, no objections – passed
- As of January 1, 2025 – bank balance $58,682.54
During this reporting period, 50% of the approved levy came in at $108,855
Additionally, an additional City Christmas Grant was approved and deposited at $1444.44

I. Safety Report: Jim Foreman
Jim F: There is a need for more cigarette butt receptacles
Jim F: ATM doors are now locked for safety purposes
Eva M: we can explore Terracycles Cigarette Butt receptacles on a trial run
Christina G: Requires permission from Public Work to install any type of permanent installation
Christina G: Contact Team up to Clean Up for supplies & peripherals to clean up and graffiti removal
Christina G: Sidewalk snow will be removed, currently, no parking bags in meters is to ensure Plows and Bob Cats can safely remove sidewalk & curbside snow accumulation without impediment
