Would you like to be a Vendor for any Concession BIA event?

The Concession Street BIA is looking for a variety talented local Hamilton artisans to participate in our any of our Concession Street Business Improvement Area events.

*Cost is $50/date/Sidewalk Sounds (early bird special until April 15th of $40/date)
*Streetfest cost is $150/space
*Summer seasons discount - if you book all six dates (Streetfest and Sidewalk Sounds) you can save in vendor fees

Individual vendor space $150 (Streetfest) and $50/each date (Sidewalk Sounds x5) = $400
Summer series vendor package $100 (Streetfest) and $30/each date (Sidewalk Sounds x5) = $250

*Food truck fee $400 for Streetfest (only event currently accepting food truck applications)
*Cost for Concession St. BIA members is free.
*ALL Events runs "Rain or Shine"

We invite you to submit your application early to avoid disappointment. We can only accommodate a limited number of outside vendors so avoid being disappointed. ALL applications will be vetted by the Events Committee to ensure "non compete" with existing BIA businesses and too much duplication in vendor options to our visitors.

By submitting the above form you agree to the following Rules and Regulations if you are accepted to be a vendor at our event.
Upon acceptance to the Market, payment in full ($50/event) is required to confirm your spot. Applicants will be responsible for their own 10x10 tent, tables, & chairs. The Vendor(s) indemnifies the Concession St. BIA in respect of any claims for injury, loss or damage by any third party arising from the operations of the vendor during the activities subject to this agreement. The Concession St. BIA is not responsible for theft or damage of any items at any time.
