Welcome to the Concession Market Village
We are very excited for your interest in participating in our Saturday Marketplace series. Please consider the following criteria for your eligibility to set up on these days.
1. Event days will run from May through to the end of October –every Saturday 10am – 4pm
2. Event days will run “rain or shine”.
3. All vendors must be preapproved to participate and must have their BIA vendor permit clearly visible on their table.
4. All participants must provide their own proof of liability insurance prior to the event date(s).
5. All participants must pay a $10 application fee for each day they wish to participate.
6. Approved vendors must set up at their predetermined and approved location.
7. Any applicants that sell products that are in direct competition with already existing businesses with the Concession Street BIA boundary will not be eligible to participate.
8. Vendors must supply their own table and chair (max table size of 10ft)
9. Only large shade umbrellas are allowed and must be well secured with an umbrella base. No 10x10 canopies are allowed (due to sidewalk space limitations and encroachment bylaws with the City of Hamilton)
10. All applications must be submitted to either Gabby Chavez at Flow Lifestyle Boutique (598 Concession) or to Cristina Geissler at the BIA office: firstname.lastname@example.org or dropped off at 534 Concession Street
